Inaugural entry

I have decided to dedicate a blog site to all those dedicated teammates that participated with me with an ultimate goal in mind-victory. Win or lose, as team captain, I expect everyone, including myself, to try their best. You don't have to be the best, just do your best. This is my same attitude in individual competition that has lead to success, and has proven successful in team competition as well. Many victories were realized without having the strongest team on a particular day simply because our mindset & desire for victory was the most powerful. Remember, have fun first, all else second.
